Please note: After the initial website creation and delivery:
- No unlimited revisions or ongoing maintenance are provided
- Server maintenance and potential downtime may occur without prior notice
- No guaranteed uptime or performance metrics for free hosting service
- We are not responsible for any business losses due to website downtime
3. Service Delivery
- Website development begins after initial consultation and requirements gathering
- Development timeline varies based on project complexity and requirements
- Client feedback and revision period is limited to the development phase
- Final delivery includes all source code and digital assets
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is only required after client satisfaction with the delivered website
- Domain registration and Google Workspace fees are non-refundable if provided
- No recurring fees are charged by WebCrafts Pro after initial service completion
- Payment methods include bank transfer, digital wallets, and credit cards
5. Post-Service Terms
Upon service completion:
- All source code and assets will be provided to the client
- Domain ownership can be transferred to the client upon request
- Google Workspace credentials will be handed over completely
- Client assumes full responsibility for changing passwords and security measures
- We retain no access or control over transferred services
